Meu povo bonito <3 Como vocês estão amados? Espero que bem! Temos um post deliciosíssimo no brogui. hoje.. Quer saber do que se trata? (E se eu fosse você com certeza eu iria querer). Hi guyyys! How are you doing?

We have a delicious post on the blog today... Want to know what it is about? (And if I were you I certainly would want to).

Gente, to me achando "A blogueira" ganhando coisas para fazer propaganda... E cá entre nós, que "coisa" deliciosa, viu?! Quando a Claudinha e eu conversamos para poder fazer o post, na hora me animei... Por que isso demonstra que ela acredita no meu trabalho, do mesmo modo que eu acredito no trabalho dela. A Claudia é boleira e comanda seu proprio empreendiento, a CakeMel. A CakeMel vem crescendo muito em Goiânia e região. E vem ganhado destaque entre seus clientes. Quer saber o por que disso? Porque ela faz os bolos mais GOSTOSOS do mundo!!!! Além de serem lindos por fora, ter um acabamento impecável, são muito bem feitos, e o sabor é maravilhoso. Vou usar a frase: "Não é só um rostinho bonito, tem conteudo" kkkk' Guys, I'm thinking myself as "The Blogger" , cause peoples are giving me stuffs to do some publicity hahahaha'

When Claudia and I talked about to write the blog post, I became so excited ... That's because it shows that she believes in my work, just as I believe in her work.

Claudia has her own cake business, the CakeMel.

They are the most DELICIOUS cakes in the world!!!! Besides being beautiful on the outside, have a flawless finish, are very well made, and the taste is wonderful. I will use the phrase, "It's not just a pretty face, has content" hahahaha'

Confere só a pequena entrevista que tivemos. Check it out the short interview we had.

1) De onde surgiu a idéia de criar a CakeMel? Surgiu depois que virei mãe e junto com meu marido decidimos que eu ficaria em casa pra cuidar da nossa filha. Eu sempre gostei de fazer sobremesas e minha irmã é boleira em Brasília, então ela compartilhou as receitas dela e comecei com a cara e a coragem a fazer uns bolinhos. Ai saia uma ou outra encomenda e dessas vinham mais e foi crescendo. Ai precisávamos de um nome e foi Cakemel Cake= bolo, Mel= de Melinda (nome da nossa filha) que foi o motivo de tudo começar. 1) Where did the idea to create the CakeMel came out? Came after I turned mother and together with my husband we decided that I would stay home to take care of our daughter. I always liked making desserts and my sister is do it in Brasilia, so she shared her recipes and then I started to make some cookies. Then started out one or other order and these will come more and grew. So we needed a name and it was Cakemel: Mel= Melinda (name of our daughter) she was the reason for all start.

2) Você gosta do que faz? Amooo. Gosto de criar sabores novos. Adoro quando meus clientes deixam eu inventar rsrs O que for doce eu amo, salgado já não é minha praia rsrs 2) Do you like what you do?

I looooooove it. I like to create new flavors. I love it when my clients leave I invent lol. I love sweet things, salty is no longer my thing lol

3) É um mercado que vem crescendo? Sim. Tá crescendo muito e hoje tem os famosos bolo no pote que ajuda na renda de muitas mulheres, inclusive da Cakemel. Toda semana sai muitos bolos no pote. Não é trabalho só de mulheres, muitos homens arrebentam na confeitaria. 3) Is it a market that has been growing? Yes. It's growing too much and now has the famous cake in the pot that helps in income of many women, including the Cakemel. Every week out many cakes in the pot. Not only working women, many men do it either.

4) No que você mais gosta em ser boleira? Gosto de tudo, principalmente a finalização do bolo. Eu fazia tortas só com cobertura de chantilly e chocolate. Mas comecei a me aventurar na pasta americana e leite. Estou amando. Nunca fiz curso, foi na cara e coragem mesmo, minha irmã que me ensinou a montagem dos bolos. E com as encomendas fui crescendo. 4) What do you enjoy more about being baker?

I like everything, especially the completion of the cake. I was only pies with whipped cream and chocolate icing. But I began to venture out in the others things. I am falling in love. Never did course, my sister taught me the installation of cakes. And the orders have been growing.

5) Quando descobriu que tinha talento para isso? Quando comecei a fazer e tinha o retorno de aprovação dos clientes. Mas tenho que melhorar muuuuito no meu ponto de vista e de quem é profissional. Sou perfeccionista hehe Na boca dos meus clientes tá tudo perfeito. Fico feliz! Mas oh!! Cakemel tem o melhor sabor mesmo. Mas só experimentando para confirmar. 5) When do you found you had a talent for it?

When I started and had the customers' approval of return. But I have to get better in my point of view and the professional too. I'm a perfectionist, In the mouth of my clients everything is perfect. Glad! But, look!!! Cakemel has the best taste it. But just trying to confirm.

6) Qual foi o bolo que você mais gostou de fazer? Posso puxar saco??? kkkkkk amei fazer seu bolo Kirlyam. Estava querendo um bolo neste estilo. Mas tem muitos outros que adorei fazer. Adoro criar, adoro quando o cliente me dá carta branca pra confeitaria. Teve um bolo que foi para um casal que comemorava no mesmo dia aniversário de casamento e nascimento, eu queria colocar o hobby de cada um, mas o que eles gostavam era de ir pro rancho deles que se chamava rancho jabuti. Então fiz umas folhinhas pra representar a bodas de ervas e coloquei o nome deles com alianças no meio e modelei um jabuti. Eles amaram a surpresa e eu amei fazer. 6) What was the cake you most liked to do?

Can I pull bag??? hahahaha' I loved doing your cake Kirlyam. I was wanting a cake in this style. But there are many others who loved doing. I love creating, I love when the client gives me carte blanche to confectionery. Had a cake that was for a couple who celebrated on the same day anniversary and birth, I wanted to put the hobby of each, but what they liked was go to their ranch to ranch was called tortoise. So I did a little leaves to represent the marriage of herbs and put their name with alliances in the middle and modeled one tortoise. They loved the surprise and I loved doing it.

7) Uma dica pra quem quer começar nesse ramo. Procure um bom curso. Apesar de não ter feito nenhum curso, ainda quero fazer pra tirar algumas dúvidas. E próximo ano pretendo fazer Gastronomia. Acho que conhecimento é importante sempre. Ainda mais no ramo de alimentação, tem que saber muitas coisinhas porque você estará alimentando pessoas e tem que tomar cuidado com a saúde delas. O curso ajuda você a saber como armazenar seu alimento, o que pode e o que não pode colocar numa receita, como cobrar seu produto, higiene e muitos outros conhecimentos importantes. 7) A tip for those who want to start this business.

Look for a good course. Despite not having done any course, still want to do to answer some questions. And next year I intend to do Gastronomy in the college. I think knowledge is important always. Even more in the food business, has to know many little things because you will be feeding people and have to take care of their health. The course helps you to learn how to store your food, what can and what can not put a recipe, how to charge your product, hygiene and many other important skills.

Eu super recomendo gente! É um trabalho bem feito, higienico e com dedicação especial ao cliente. Faz o teste e me diga, se eu estou errada ;) I super recommend! It's a job well done, hygienic and with special dedication to the customer. Does the test and tell me if it was wrong ;)
