Hidratando o cabelo... com azeite? - Moisturizing... with olive oil?

Quem aqui não adora ter o cabelo bem cuidado e hidratado? Eu AMO! Prefiro um cabelo hidratado e bem cuidado do que um cabelo sempre escovado ou chapado mas que está todo quebrado e ressecado. Por isso que hoje vou dar uma dica suuuuuper baratinha e super bacana para cuidar dos cabelos e deixa-los super hidratados e lindos. Who here does not love to have the hair care and well hydrated? I Love it! I prefer a hair moisturized than a brushed hair or flat iron but that is all broken and dried.

That's why today I will give a tip super nice to take care of your hair and makes it super hydrated and beautiful.

Certa vez estava procurando ideias de posts para o blog navegando por alguns sites, quando de repende me deparei com um post (infelizmente não consigo me lembrar qual o nome do blog :/) de uma moça que estava ensinando como hidratar o cabelo com AZEITE de OLIVA! É isso mesmo que você leu kk'. Sabe aquele azeite que você usa na cozinha para temperar saladas e cosias assim, poisé, esse mesmo! Eu fiquei meio desconfiada no inicio e sinceramente não acreditava nessa história não, até que, na última segunda-feira foi o aniversário de 2 anos de casamento de Alan e eu; eu queria me arrumar para ficar bem linda para o melhor marido do mundo (hehe) então decidi fazer um babyliss no meu cabelo. Mas enquanto fazia fiquei pensando que provavelmente meu cabelo iria quebrar um pouco e ficar ressecado também e eu não queria isso, porque afinal, cortei ele para tirar todo o ressecado e deixa-lo crescer saudavel. Foi então que ontem resolvi testar a teoria do azeite. E minha amiga, so te digo que, hoje meu cabelo amanheceu parecendo seda de tão macio e está super brilhoso. Fiquei muito contente com o resultado e decidi fazer a cada 15 dias essa hidratação. Por isso no post de hoje resolvi passar para vocês o passo a passo dessa belezura. I was once looking for ideas for posts to the blog searching some websites, when I came across a girls post (sorry can not remember the blog name) who was teaching as moisturize the hair with OLIVE OIL! That's exactly what you read. You know that oil you use in the kitchen for salads and season? Yep, the same one!

I was a little suspicious at first time and sincerely I didn't believe this story not until on Monday. It was the 2 years anniversary of Alan's wedding and I; I wanted to get beautiful for the best husband in the world (hehe) then decided to curling on my hair, but while I was doing it I was thinking that'd probably break my hair a bit and get dried too and I did not want it, because after all, I cut it to take all the dry part and let it grow healthy.

Yesterday I decided to test the oil theory. And my friend, so I say to you today my hair looks like silk it's very soft and is super bright. I was very happy with the result and decided to do every 15 days do this hydration. So in today's post I decided to show you step by step how I did it.

Como fazer: 1) Separe uma quantidade de azeite suficiente para passar no COMPRIMENTO do cabelo. Como meu cabelo ta curtinho, usei apenas umas 3 colheres cheias. 2) Com o cabelo sujo e seco, separe partes e vá passando o azeite como se estivesse passando o creme de hidratar normal, mas lembre-se não passe na raiz do cabelo, apenas no comprimento. Vá passando até que todo o cabelo esteja coberto com o azeite. 3) Quando todo o comprimento do cabelo estiver coberto, enrole ele com uma touca de plastico (eu usei a boa e velha sacolinha de supermecado huehuehue) e deixe. Como eu não estava com pressa, fui arrumando a casa enquanto usava, ficou ao total de 2 horas no meu cabelo. 4) Lave o cabelo normal com o seu xampoo e condicionador de preferencia, até que todo o residuo seja retirado do cabelo e deixe secar naturalmente. How to do:

1) Set aside an amount of oil enough to pass the hair LENGTH. As my hair is short I used only about 3 spoons.

2) With the dirty and dry hair, separate parts and go through the oil as if you are passing the cream to moisturize, but remember not to pass in the hair root, only in length. Go through until all the hair is covered with oil.

3) When the entire length of hair is covered, wrap it with a cap of plastic (I used a supermarket baggie hehehe) and leave it. I wasn't in a hurry so I was tidying up while wearing it, was the total of 2 hours on my hair.

4) Wash your hair with your regular shampoo and conditioner, until all residue is removed from the hair and let it dry naturally.

PS: Depois que eu lavei meu cabelo com xampoo, eu usei um creme de hidratar para selar a hidratação a óleo. Deixei o tempo pedido no pote, enxaguei bem e depois passei o condicionador. Não sequei com secador e deixei secar naturalmente. PS: After I washed my hair with shampoo, I used a cream to moisturize to seal the hydration oil.
