Geeeeeeeeeeeeente! Que coisa mais feia né?! A 'blogueira' aqui fica meses sem postar no blog dela e depois quer voltar como se nada tivesse acontecido, vê se pode? kkk' Mas hoje eu vim aqui para explicar todo esse meu sumiço. Então espero que vocês leiam até o final porque tenho umas novidades bem legais pra contar! Hey buddies! I know that I'm not being very present over this last month, but I have a very reasonable reason for that. So, today's post I'll be updating you guys about my life. O 'por que' do meu sumiço The 'why' of my disappearance Los Angeles e arredores é uma cidade que se você quer ir para qualquer lugar, você tem que ir de carro. Sim, existe transporte publico (ônibus, metro, etc) mas, comparado ao Brasil, a quantidade desse transporte é beeeem limitada, então quer dizer que, se você quer ir para algum lugar aqui, tem que ser de carro! Different from NY, LA is the kind of city that if you want to go to somewhere you have to go by car! It's not that common seeing people using public transportation (of course their is people that use). Desde que recebi meu GC as coisas foram acontecendo e acabei enrolando para começar a ajeitar minhas coisas aqui. Até que, mês passado, Alan, marcou minha prova teórica no DMV (o mesmo DETRAN do Brasil). Eu quase infartei de preocupação kk' Comecei a estudar alguns exemplos de provas que o site disponibiliza, todos os dias, durante todo o mês de julho e começo de agosto. Eram 15 testes com 36 perguntas cada. Você só pode errar 6 das 36 questões para poder ser aprovado. No começo foi beem complicado para mim, porque como meu inglês não é dos melhores, eu tinha que pegar cada questão, tentar entender o que pedia, tentar entender cada uma das respostas que a questão oferecia e daí finalmente responder. Dei uma estudada no livrinho que eles dão e peguei firme para poder conseguir passar. Eu decidi não postar no blog enquanto estivesse estudando, porque, para postar no blog eu dedico algumas horas do dia para preparar um texto bacana, traduzir o mais correto possível, editar, achar fotos legais e tal. Então, enquanto eu estivesse fazendo isso, eu poderia ter estudado, não queria 'perder' esse tempo de estudo. Sei que foi um pensamento egoista, então, me desculpem por esse abandono com o blog :( Since I received my GC things were going and I ended up rolling to start my stuff over here! At first it was complicated for me, because as my English is not the best, I had to get each question, try to understand what they asked, trying to understand each of the answers that the issue offered and then finally answer. I study a little bit in the handbook they give and took firm to be able to get through.

I decided not to post on the blog while I was studying, because, to post on the blog I dedicate a few hours a day to prepare a nice text, translate, edit, and trying to find nice pictures. So while I was doing this, I could have studied, I did not want to 'lose' this study time. I know that was a selfish thought, so I'm really sorry for that :( No último dia 18, fiz o tão temivel test. Acordei bem cedinho e decidi não estudar. Queria deixar minha cabeça tranquila e, afinal, tudo que eu tinha que ter aprendido já tinha, não adiantaria nada. Empurrei um pão e um cházinho de manhã porque estava tão nervosa que não tinha vontade de comer. Comecei a me arrumar, porque eu já ia tirar a foto para a minha carteira e não queria sair feia (o que não adiantou muito, porque ô fotinha que estraga a gente é a tal 3x4 kkk'), orei bastante e tentei me acalmar. Alan veio me buscar para irmos e nessa hora já tava me dando era dor de barriga de tanta ansiedade. Chegamos no DMV e fomos preencher papeis e aguardar. Quando chamaram meu número para fazer a prova, eu fui até uma salinha aberta e fiz a prova em um computador. Me deram a opção de fazer a prova em inglês ou espanhol e, claro que escolhi Inglês porque era o que eu vinha estudando. Quando olhei a primeira pergunta pensei 'Ferrou' kkkk'. As 5 primeiras perguntas eram do livrinho que eu só tinha dado uma lida e eu não fazia ideia das respostas. Comecei a entrar em desespero e errei as 6 primeiras. Na hora eu pensei que já era pra mim, porque eu tinha mais 30 perguntas para fazer. Mesmo assim eu fiz, prestando toda a atenção do mundo. Foi como se o mundo ao meu redor tivesse evaporado (eita, que profundo). No final, apareceu a frase: "Congratulations! Your have been approved". Ou no bom português: "PARABÉNS! VOCÊ FOI APROVADA!" Gente, sério... Eu devo ter ficado la parada olhando para essa frase por mais ou menos 1 minuto sem acreditar kkkkkk' On the 18th, I did the test. I woke up very early and decided not to study, after all, all I had to have learned I already did.

I pushed a loaf of bread and some tea in the morning because I was so nervous I did not feel like eating. I began to get ready because I was about to take a picture for my ID and did not want to leave ugly (which did not help much because what a ugly pic), I prayed hard and tried to calm myself.

We arrived at the DMV and fill some roles and wait. When they called my number for the test, I went to an open sitting room and did the test on a computer. They gave me the option to take the test in English or Spanish and of course I chose English.

When I looked the first question thought 'I'm screwed'. The first 5 questions were at the handbook that I had just give a look and I had no idea of ​​the answers. I began to be really nervous and missed the 6/1. At the time I thought it was done for me, because I had another 30 questions to do. I did it anyway, paying full attention. It was as if the world around me had evaporated (wow that was deep). In the end, came the phrase: "CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED!"

Guys, seriously ... I must have been stop looking for that phrase for about one minute and don't believing hehehe To muito feliz, gente! Agora, antes de começar a praticar no voltante Alan tem que me adicionar no seguro do carro, porque aqui só pode andar legalmente se você tem seguro, ai para não dar nenhum problema, ele já vai fazer isso. Quando começar, aviso para vocês! kk' Então, espero que essa minha 'aventura' tenha sido bastante justificavel para explicar meu sumiço! Quero voltar com os posts normal do blog! Vou começar a estudaaaaaaaaaaar :D Dia 14 de setembro me torno uma estudande *-*. Vou fazer esse curso geral durante 1 ano para aprimorar meu Inglês e desenferrujar o pouco da matemática que eu sei. Ai no próximo ano, escolho meu curso e começo a estuda-lo em específico! To bem feliz com isso e queria compartilhar com vocês essas duas novidades na minha vida. Before finishing the post today, I want to tell a really cool update!!! I will start study!!!!! September 14th I become one student *-*. I will do this general course for 1 year to improve my English and remember the little bit of mathematics that I know. I'm really, really happy with that and I wanted to share with you these two news in my life guys.
